Are you a spectator or a player?

I saw this question asked again on twitter earlier by Deepak Chopra. Most of us ( in our immediate family circle at least ) recognize who does what and the importance of having all these traits and skills.

I enjoyed the responses I received on this blog ~ ”Does your personality affect your health?” and on Referendum day I would like us to take a closer look to home as to our traits:

Apathetic or Positive?

Doer or Moaner

Wise or Destructive

Pragmatic or Spiritual.

Stressed or Relaxed

Happy or Depressed?

Fulfilled or Unfulfilled

Praise or Berate?

Curious or Indifferent?

Alive or Drowning?

Excited or Supressed?

Successful or Failure?

Ambitious or Satistfied

Do YOU have fun in your day?
